Instructor is Design Director at ACI International

Ryan Gumienny leads men's footwear for Perry Ellis, Joe's Jeans, and Maui & Sons

Ryan Gumienny received a B.S. in Industrial Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Previously the Head of Product at DropLabs, today he’s Design Director at ACI International, a leading manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of footwear brands. In his role, he leads men’s footwear for brands such as Perry Ellis, Joe’s Jeans, Maui & Sons, Amazon Essentials, and Payless. In his spare time, Ryan is Chair of the Arts Committee for the Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association (LARABA), a coalition of community leaders committed to advocating a healthy evolution of Downtown LA’s Arts District.
